The "Verification with Aggregators" section in the CRM is designed for accurate data reconciliation with aggregator reports (Yango, Uber, Careem, Bolt, Zed).
Each aggregator generates reports according to its own rules:
Important: When simply comparing general financial reports, data may not match by dates, amounts, or number of trips, even if everything is actually correct. This is due to differences in timezones and calendar periods.
For each aggregator, the section has configured time and period accounting rules that correspond to its personal dashboard and reports.
Verification process:
💡 Rule: Any reconciliation between the CRM and aggregators, as well as comparing data from different aggregators with each other, should be done only through this section.
At the top of the screen, there are tabs with aggregator names:
Click on the desired tab to view data for a specific aggregator.
Use the Drivers dropdown list on the left to filter by a specific driver or leave the default value to view all drivers.
Select a date range in the field on the right. The system will display data for the specified period.
The table will display information about driver income that can be compared with aggregator reports.
