Daily duties (/carlift/duties) is the driver's plan for the day and the record of it being delivered to them.

¶ Sent is not the same as delivered
Status and Last error exist because a message can leave the system and never reach the phone — a blocked number, an expired session on the messenger side. A duty with trips but no Sent at is a driver who does not know their day yet.
