¶ Counterparty types

Counterparty Types (/counterparties/types) is the short reference book behind the Type column of Counterparties.

The list is small, so there is no pagination — sorting happens in the browser.
¶ Editing
Add and the pencil ask for a single field, Name, plus the Use by default switch. Only one type can be the default; turning it on for a new type moves the flag.
¶ What cannot be deleted
Two guards, both explained in the interface instead of failing silently:
- System type cannot be deleted — the system itself references it.
- Type has linked counterparties — the Counterparties column shows how many. Move them to another type first.
