¶ Days left is the working column
It counts down to the contract end. Negative means the car is overdue — either an extension nobody recorded or a vehicle that has not come back. Both need a call today, not at month end, which is why the phone is right there in the row.
Progress is the same period as a bar: useful for spotting rentals that are nearly over and worth a renewal conversation.
