Customers (/rentokar/customers) is the register of renters.

¶ Passport expiry is not paperwork
An expired document invalidates the rental contract signed against it. The column exists so that this is caught before handing over a car, not during an insurance claim.
¶ Debt and deposit are different money
Outstanding debt is what the customer owes. The deposit is money the company holds of theirs — see Deposits. A customer can have both at once, and netting them off by eye is how deposits get returned that should not have been.
Personal data note: passport data and scans are personal data. Export them only when there is a reason, and do not attach them to tickets or chats.
