A customer can be blacklisted and taken off the list again (RENT_CUSTOMER_BLACKLIST_MANAGE). Blacklisting is a decision with consequences — it blocks future rentals — so it is a right, not a checkbox everyone has.
Rentals give the charges, fines and damages give the deductions, transactions give what was actually paid. A customer who looks in debt on one of the three and clear on another usually has an unrecorded payment, not a dispute.
Passport data and scans are personal data: export only with a reason, never into chats or tickets.
