Office Trips (/office-trips/orders) is the fleet's own dispatch: rides ordered through the office rather than through an aggregator.

¶ The timeline is the point
Six timestamps look excessive until a dispute appears. Together they answer how long the client waited, how long the driver took to accept, and when the office confirmed the ride — questions that a single "order date" cannot.
¶ Payment taker and payer employee
They are different roles and both matter: one is who physically took the money, the other is the employee whose account the ride is charged to. Corporate rides usually have both filled in — a cash ride from the street usually only the first.
