Open in CRM: /drivers
Drivers (/drivers) is the register of people who drive for the fleet: contacts, the car they are on, and the motivation rule their salary is calculated by.

Working drivers counts those currently active, Total Drivers the whole register under the filter.

Filters — Selected Drivers, Selected Driver types, Selected Statutes, Selected Motivation types, Selected Motivation rules — combine: the list narrows to rows matching every chosen condition, not any of them.
¶ Adding a driver
Add driver asks for First name, Last name and Phone. Documents, motivation and the car binding are filled in on the driver card.
The phone is not a formality: the driver app signs in by it, and the WhatsApp integration finds the person by it.
¶ Motivation is where the money is decided
Motivation rule here is a shortcut into salary calculation. Changing it changes how future income is split between driver and fleet; it does not recalculate what is already booked.
