¶ Reading the numbers honestly
Income columns show what aggregators have reported so far today, and they report with delays that differ between them. A driver who looks behind at noon may be level by evening — judge a shift when it closes, not in the middle.
Income Per Hour divides income by time online, not by time on order: a driver waiting for orders drags the number down without doing anything wrong.
