¶ Cashboxes

Finance → Cashbox (/finance/cashbox) holds the money of a carlift company: cash collected from passengers, the bank account subscriptions are paid into, the terminal.
It is the same screen as in a taxi company — the same component and the same rules. What differs is the menu around it and the money that flows through: subscription payments, trip billing and Salik charges all settle against cashboxes listed here.

Above the table — Total, Cash and Card; a widget is hidden while its total is zero.

Show deleted cashboxes reveals rows that were hidden rather than destroyed — a cashbox with history is never really removed, because the transactions booked against it must keep pointing somewhere.
¶ Types
Cash for physical money, Card for a bank account, Acquiring for a payment terminal. The Cash and Card widgets are built from this field, so a cashbox filed under the wrong type quietly distorts both.
¶ Creating a cashbox
Add opens a form: Name, Type, Account Number, Start Balance, Comment. The start balance is what was already in the cashbox before the system started counting; it is added to the balance rather than booked as a transaction.
¶ Operations
The first button in a row offers Cashbox Income and Transfer of funds. Use the transfer for moving money between your own accounts: it is a single operation with two sides, so the balances cannot drift apart.

A cashbox owned by an integration cannot be deleted or renamed, and a deleted one cannot be used in operations again.
