Late arrivals (/carlift/late) collects trips that were late and turns them into a decision.

| Verdict | The decision taken |
| Ruled by | Who took it |
Minutes late are arithmetic; fault is not. A blocked road, a client who came out late, a driver who left the depot late — all produce the same Late, min. The GPS column is the evidence that separates them, and Ruled by keeps the decision attributable afterwards.
Deciding here is what feeds the client-facing conversation; leaving cases unruled means the same argument is had from scratch every month.
