Cancellation reasons (/carlift/pricing/reasons) is the list a dispatcher picks from when a trip does not happen.

Kind is what makes the list worth maintaining: a cancellation by the client and one by the company mean different things for billing and for the monthly conversation with that client. A single catch-all reason destroys that distinction quietly.
Retire an obsolete reason by clearing Active rather than deleting it — past trips keep pointing at it.
