Who drove a given car and when. Opened from the clock icon in the History column of Cars.
Each row is a period one driver held the car: from when to when. Gaps are periods with no binding at all — the car existed and nobody was assigned to it.
¶ What it is for
Every question that starts with who was driving when this happened ends here: a fine, an accident, a fuel purchase, a stop on the map. Income and expenses are attributed to a driver through this binding, so a wrong or missing period silently moves money.
