Load and lateness across boards: per employee — Active, Overdue, Completed.
Overdue is the column to read first, and to read carefully: it counts tasks past their due date, not people who work badly. A person with many overdue tasks is often the person everything is assigned to.
Requires TASK_VIEW_DASHBOARD.
