¶ Why a board belongs to a team, not to a person
A board owned by a person disappears with them. A team survives its members: people are added and removed, the board and its history stay. That is also how visibility works — who sees a board is decided by its team, not by who happened to create it.
Creating and removing teams needs TASK_MANAGE_TEAM; managing any team's boards needs TASK_TEAM_MANAGE.
