Open in CRM: /executive/targets
Executive → Targets and thresholds (/executive/targets) holds the numbers that colour the tiles of the executive dashboard. With no targets set the tiles stay colourless: the system does not decide for the owner what counts as a good result.
Targets are shared by the whole company — they are not personal. Editing requires the EXECUTIVE_TARGETS_EDIT right.

The Fill from the last 3 months button seeds the targets from the actuals of the last quarter. It is a starting point, not a recommendation: adjust the numbers by hand afterwards. Rows seeded this way are marked "filled from fact".
For metrics where higher is better (revenue, margin) the thresholds descend: the target sits above yellow, yellow above red.
For metrics where lower is better (driver debt, cost of standing still, cancellation rate) the order is reversed: the target sits below yellow, yellow below red. The server validates this and rejects the whole batch rather than the offending row — so if saving fails, look for the metric with the order mixed up.
Every edit lands in the history: what changed, when and by whom. Until the first edit the section shows "No changes yet".
