Open in CRM: /executive
Executive (/executive) is the owner's screen: six questions about the state of the business and an answer to each in numbers for the chosen period. Where P&L shows the structure of income and costs, the dashboard answers "what do we do about it".
The section is available to companies of type Taxi only.
The section is closed by default — nobody sees it, the platform administrator included, until a role carrying the Executive module is granted. This is deliberate: management figures are seen by those who were shown them, not by everyone with CRM access.
The section's rights:
The filter is shared by every section and lives entirely in the page address: a link to your own slice can be handed over as is, yet nothing is remembered between sessions — a sticky filter from last time costs more than one extra click.
With a sales-channel filter on, the screen warns that costs are not attributed to a channel, so profit metrics are not computed in that slice. That is the edge of the methodology, not a failure.
Above the sections sit the period and the state of the data:
Each is computed by its own request and drawn as soon as it is ready. If a section fails, "could not compute the section" appears in its place with a Retry button — what has already been computed is not wiped.
Tiles with the key indicators for the period plus a forecast for the current month. The forecast is hatched: it is a pace, not a fact. A tile takes its colour from targets and thresholds — with no targets set there is no colour.
The profit bridge — from gross trip revenue down to operating profit, block by block. Below the line sits what never enters profit: loan principal, car purchases, owner operations.
Alongside: revenue and costs over 6 months, fact against plan, expense structure by month. The Show expense breakdown button opens any figure down to the underlying operations with links to the documents.
Revenue against cost over 6 months, margin by car as a histogram of the distribution across buckets (a bucket entirely in the red is coloured red, and the worst cars are listed underneath with plates and amounts), margin by car class and by motivation rule, mileage against margin.
The section needs the data from the Economics tab of the car card and the daily mileage. Until they are there you will see "waiting for daily mileage per car" instead of the chart, and the capital metrics will say "not enough data" with a link to the cars missing economics.
Vehicle-days by state by week and the top 10 by the cost of standing still. Computed from the car status log, which starts at release — so for the first weeks the section honestly says it is waiting for the status history to accumulate.
Revenue by channel with trip counts, driver debt split into loans and cash not handed over, the effective take rate by month and per platform separately, and the cancellation rate by channel.
Money on accounts (gross, with the obligations listed below), the cleared amount (before VAT, corporate tax and loan payments) and the runway in months.
The seventh block holds two tables: cars (worst margin on top) and drivers (largest debt on top). Different questions and different sorting, which is why there are two tables rather than one with a toggle. The car table has show idle cars and show removed cars — by default their rows stay out of the way of the working fleet.
The tables need a wide screen: on a phone they are replaced by a note to open the section on a computer, while the rest of the sections keep a mobile layout.
XLSX and PDF, each written to an export log. Unwanted metrics can be hidden from the screen and the PDF will follow your own set.
The Settings button in the header:
The dashboard and P&L are computed from the same ledger of operations — a mismatch between the two screens over the same period is a bug, not a quirk. If a figure looks unfamiliar, open the breakdown: it leads down to the individual transaction.
Data that is entered by hand, and without which some metrics cannot be computed:
