Open in CRM: /finance/transactions
Finance → Transactions (/finance/transactions) is the ledger: every movement of money in the company, with what it was for and who booked it.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Action | Open, edit |
| Driver | Whose transaction, when it belongs to a driver |
| Type | Income or expense side |
| Purpose | What the money was for — from Purposes |
| Amount, AED | Sum |
| Cashbox | Which cashbox it moved |
| Date | The business date of the transaction |
| Created time | When the row was actually entered |
| Comment | Free-text note |
| User | Who booked it |
| Vehicle, Car brand, Car model | The car it belongs to |
| CounterParty | The counterparty, for company transactions |
| Cheque | Attached receipt |
Date is when the money moved, Created time is when somebody typed it in. A cash payment entered three days late keeps the real date and shows the delay honestly — which is what makes a period closable at all.
A transaction without the right purpose is not lost money, it is money in the wrong row of P&L. The total still adds up, which is exactly why the error survives so long.
A transaction belongs to a driver or to the company, and it can carry a car. That is how the same ledger feeds both Salaries and PNL → By car without a second data entry.
