DAE CRM runs several kinds of company on one platform. What you see after signing in depends on two things: the type of the company you are in, and your role.
The whole left menu is swapped per type. Some screens are shared — Tasks, Settings, Counterparties, Fleet map — and they behave identically everywhere.
Every screen and almost every button is gated by an access code. If a colleague sees a button you do not, that is a right, not a bug — and the page for each screen lists the codes involved.
One person can have access to several companies and switches between them in the header. The switch changes everything: menu, data, settings. A tab remembers its own company, so two browser tabs can sit in different companies at once.
Pick your branch on the start page. If a section is missing or does not match what you see, use «?» → «No description? Request it» in the portal.
